Jeanette Kitchen

Jeanette Kitchen, 63, of Jackson died Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at her home.

She was born Aug. 3, 1949, in Portageville, Mo., to Alro and Georgia S. Robinson Johnson. She and Gary W. Kitchen were married Sept. 20, 1971, at Portageville.

Survivors include her husband, Gary W. Kitchen of Jackson; two sons, G. Shane (Cammi) Kitchen and Caleb W. (Amanda) Kitchen of Jackson; two brothers, Kenny (Becky) Johnson and Greg Johnson of Portageville; two sisters, Irma Rhodes and Kathy Johnson of Scott City; and four grandchildren, Aubrey, Ezra, Cayleanne and Noah Kitchen.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Rondal Johnson; and a sister, Brenda Bailey.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Association.
