GORHAM, Ill. -- Jayden Lee Eubanks, 5, of Gorham died Monday, July 9, 2007, in an automobile accident near Murphysboro, Ill. He was born June 21, 2002, at Carbondale, Ill., son of Sarah E. Haynes. GORHAM, Ill. -- Jayden Lee Eubanks, 5, of Gorham died Monday, July 9, 2007, in an automobile accident near Murphysboro, Ill.

He was born June 21, 2002, at Carbondale, Ill., son of Sarah E. Haynes.

Survivors include his parents, Sarah and Sergio Castaneda; a brother, Sergio Castaneda, a sister, Alicia Castaneda, both of Gorham; maternal grandparents, Steve Haynes of Anna, Ill., Sandra and Wade Lingle of Jonesboro, Ill.; and maternal great-grandmother, Bonnie Haynes of Anna.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to service time Friday at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna.

The funeral will be at noon Friday at the funeral home, with Enloe Clemons officiating. Burial will be in Casper Cemetery near Anna.
