QUINCY, Ill. — Jason Clark Eads, 42, of Quincy died at 12:50 p.m. Friday, June 2, 2017, at Blessing Hospital.

Jason was born Sept. 3, 1974, in Champaign, Illinois, the son of Clark and Carla Schnebly Eads. On Nov. 9, 1996, he married Heather Felgar in Warsaw, Illinois. She survives.

Jason was passionate about Indiana Hoosier basketball and rock music. Jason took great pride in his career in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years.

Survivors in addition to his wife are five children, Dylan Akers of Springfield, Illinois, Kane Eads of Quincy and Alyson, Owen, and Emersyn Eads, all of Jackson; a granddaughter, Lilyana Bliss of Hamilton, Illinois; his mother, Carla Eads of Jackson; a brother, Matt (Heather) Eads of Crookston, Minnesota; a sister, Kendra Eads of Cape Girardeau; a niece, Olivia Kendrick of Crookston; a nephew, Riley Eads of Montrose, Iowa; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jason was preceded in death by his father.

A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. June 24 at The Venue in Cape Girardeau.

Memorials may be made to Heather Eads for the Children’s Educational Fund.
