Jarvis Ray Thurman, infant son of Chelci Mae Thurman and Jonathan Ray McCaig, died shortly after birth Thursday, Feb. 12, 2009, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Cape County Memorial Park.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
