MARBLE HILL -- Janet Mooney, 81, of St. Louis, died Sunday, March 6, 1994, at St. Louis University Hospital.
She was born July 22, 1912, at Drum, daughter of Louis August and Nora Owens Cunningham. She and John J. Mooney were married July 5, 1952. He died July 22, 1958.
Mooney was a retired clerk with Terminal Railroad Association in St. Louis. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in St. Louis, and Transportation Communications International Union.
Survivors include a brother-in-law, Leo Mooney, and a sister-in-law, Evelyn Norris, both of St. Louis.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 5-8 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 7:30.
Funeral mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. John's Catholic Church in Leopold. The Rev. Michael Casteel will officiate, with burial in Fairview Cemetery.
