Jane Hart

Jane Ann Hart, 77, of Scott City died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 13, 1935, in Jonesboro, Ark., to Ralph Charles and Raye Marie Ryan Davidson Sr. She married Edward Linn Hart. He preceded her in death Oct. 5, 1998.

Jane was secretary at Blair Industries and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City.

Survivors include two sons, Linn Hart of Arnold, Mo., David Hart of Scott City; a daughter, Kristi Cox of High Ridge, Mo.; a brother, James Davidson of Jonesboro; two uncles, Evans Ryan and William A. Ryan of Chaffee, Mo.; six grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Sonny Davidson.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Rev. Oliver Clavin officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Scott City.
