JANE E. JONES

Funeral service for Jane Ellen Jones, 916 Linden, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Mark Carbaugh will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.

Jones, 50, died Thursday, Dec. 1, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born Dec. 6, 1943, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Earl Edward and Marcella Delaphine Reynolds Jacobs. She and Larry W. Jones were married April 6, 1961, in Cape Girardeau.

Jones had been cafeteria manager at May Greene School since 1976, and worked part time out of her home with Gibson Greeting Inc. of St. Louis. She was a member of Christian Faith Fellowship.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Bradley and Eugene Jones of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Dianna Schlitt of Jackson; her stepmother, Johnnie Jacobs of Dallas, Texas; four brothers, Charles Jacobs of Austin, Texas, Richard Margrabe of Gordonville, Kevin Margrabe of Cape Girardeau, John Jacobs of Dallas; three sisters, Barbara Arthur of Jackson, Marilyn Evans and Debra Greable of Cape Girardeau, and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters.
