The infant died Wednesday, April 16, 1997, at St. Mary's Health Care Center in Richmond Heights.

He was born earlier that day at the center.

Survivors include his parents, Clyde F. and Peggy S. Wills Arnold; grandmothers, Marcella Wills and Norma Lee Arnold, all of Perryville.
