James Edward Wyndham, 65, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, March 25, 2006, at his home. He was born March 18, 1941, in Cape Girardeau, son of William and Ethel Green Wyndham. Wyndham graduated from College High School. He worked for Cape Paint and Glass in Cape Girardeau. Later he worked for Columbia Construction Co. and retired in 2001. James Edward Wyndham, 65, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, March 25, 2006, at his home.

He was born March 18, 1941, in Cape Girardeau, son of William and Ethel Green Wyndham.

Wyndham graduated from College High School. He worked for Cape Paint and Glass in Cape Girardeau. Later he worked for Columbia Construction Co. and retired in 2001. He was a member of the local carpenters union.

Survivors include two daughters; Candace Wyndham and Bonnie Farrow, both of Cape Girardeau; a son, Tony Stovall of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Sally Cairns of Enumclaw, Wash., and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, a brother and two sisters.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home.

Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Charles Lance officiating. Burial will be in Hobbs Chapel Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
