James Donald Walsh, 68, of St. Louis died Sunday, April 6, 1997, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born Dec. 18, 1928, in Fordyce, Ark., son of George Logan and Mamie Cora Green Walsh.
Walsh moved to Cape Girardeau in 1959, and was manager of Sterling variety store.
Survivors include a sister, Naydean Walsh of St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel from 3-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Burial will be in Stoney Point Cemetery in Fordyce.
