SEDGEWICKVILLE - Sedgewickville resident James Richard Goehman died Saturday, Dec. 15, 1990 at the family home. He was 58.
He was born June 8, 1932 in Jackson to Albert and Oma Herzog Goehman. Goehman was a self-employed carpenter and a member of the First Baptist Church in Sedgewickville.
On April 16, 1949 he married Rosa Ella Deimund, who survives. His mother, of Chaffee, also survives.
Surviving as well are two sons: Robert Goehman of Route 1, Advance, and James Richard Goehman Jr. of St. Louis; one daughter, Bonnie Woods of Route 1, Advance; six sisters: Ruth Holman of Chaffee, Judy Dewrock of Ortonville, Mich., Marilyn Anglin of Sedgewickville, Donna Franklin of Kilgore, Texas, Barbara McCormick of Gordonville, and Betty Asbridge of Scott City; and seven grandchildren.
Aside from his father, two sisters and one grandchild preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 4 p.m. today. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Allenville Baptist Church, with the Rev. Morris Cobb presiding.
Burial will be at the Sedgewickville Baptist Cemetery.
