JACKSON -- Funeral for James Thompson Reedy of the Colorado Springs, Colo., area was held Friday at The Church of Woodmoor in Monument, Colo. Burial was in Monument Cemetery.
Dove-Witt Family Mortuary in Monument was in charge of arrangements.
Reedy, 51, died Monday, Sept. 7, 1998, in Colorado Springs.
He was born Nov. 15, 1946, in Warren, Ohio. He married the former Sharon Van Nattan.
Formerly of Jackson, Reedy was a welder. He served with the U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1967-70.
Survivors include a son, Jimmy Van Nattan; a daughter, Melissa Van Laar; his mother, Virginia Reedy of Monument; a brother, Terry Reedy of Jackson; four sisters, Peggy Wieser of Jackson, Libby Radosevich, Kelly Peterson and Kathy Vinson, all of Monument; and a grandchild.
