James Robert Edwards, 50, of Welborn, Fla., died Tuesday, Oct. 10, 1995, at Hollywood Memorial Hospital in Hollywood, Fla. He was born Feb. 2, 1945, in Cape Girardeau, son of Robert and Gracie L. Flentge Edwards. He married the former Tracy Miller. Edwards worked for Kelly Fleet 30 years, where he took passengers deep sea fishing. James Robert Edwards, 50, of Welborn, Fla., died Tuesday, Oct. 10, 1995, at Hollywood Memorial Hospital in Hollywood, Fla.

He was born Feb. 2, 1945, in Cape Girardeau, son of Robert and Gracie L. Flentge Edwards. He married the former Tracy Miller.

Edwards worked for Kelly Fleet 30 years, where he took passengers deep sea fishing. He was a member and elder at First Presbyterian Church in Miramar, Fla.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Lessa Edwards of Welborn, and a son, Robert Edwards of Welborn.

A memorial service will be held Friday at 5:30 p.m. aboard the Party Boat Atlantis at Hallover Park Marina in Miami, Fla.

Van Orsdel Funeral Home in Miami is in charge of arrangements.

Burial will be later at Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.

Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel will be in charge of local arrangements.
