ANNA, Ill. -- James M. Moore, 87, of Lufkin, Texas, formerly of Anna, died Thursday, Dec. 30, 1993 at a Lufkin hospital.
He was born June 12, 1906 in Wilson, Okla.
His wife, Tommie Moore, preceded him in death in January 1984.
He was a member of the Church of Christ and was a retired grocer.
He is survived by two daughters, Claudine Lovejoy, Lufkin, Texas, Mattilene Page, Anna; one sister, Roxie Montgomery; one granddaughter, two grandsons, six great- grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral service will be held today at 2:30 p.m. at the Gipson Funeral Home in Lufkin, Texas, with Jim Sales officiating. Burial will be made in the Fielders Cemetery in Lufkin.
