James H. Williams Sr., 75, of 1403 Pemiscot, died Monday, May 16, 1994, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 19, 1918, at Cape Girardeau, son of Robert and Nellie Breckenridge Williams.
He married Marjorie McGrath, Feb. 15, 1944, at San Antonio, Texas.
Williams was a manager at the Buckner-Ragsdale store in Cape Girardeau for a number of years.
He was a member of Centenary Methodist Church, the Elk's Lodge of Cape Girardeau and the Travelers Protection Association.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Robert Williams of Moscow Mills, James H. Williams Jr. of Ogden, Utah, John A. Williams of Cape Girardeau; and four grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at the Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Al Mitchener officiating.
Entombment will follow in Memorial Park Mausoleum.
