James Frederick "Bill" Beal, 75, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, June 14, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center.
He was born March 29, 1921, at Sikeston, son of James F. and Mary Bryant Beal.
He married Cecil Davidson Aug. 17, 1947, in Cape Girardeau. She survives.
He was a retired truck driver and terminal manager. He served as president of Teamsters Local 574, and was on the building committee for the Teamsters Hall. He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
Other survivors are two sons, David Beal of Maryland Heights, and Larry A. Beal of Dubai, United Arab Emirates; two brothers, Clem Beal of Sikeston and LeRoy Beal Bethesda, Md.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Service will be at Ford & Sons Mount Auburn Chapel Monday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Mark Martin officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
