SIKESTON -- Jack Williamson, 75, of St. Louis died Friday, May 3, 1996, at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis. He was born June 17, 1920 in Bell City, son of Lawrence and Minnie Arnold Williamson. He was a truck driver for 35 years for the 7-Up Bottling Co. in St. Louis. SIKESTON -- Jack Williamson, 75, of St. Louis died Friday, May 3, 1996, at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis.

He was born June 17, 1920 in Bell City, son of Lawrence and Minnie Arnold Williamson.

He was a truck driver for 35 years for the 7-Up Bottling Co. in St. Louis. He was a member of Teamsters Local 688, St. Louis, and a member of the Bell City Masonic Lodge.

He married Beatrice Stanley Jan. 3, 1940, at Vanduser. She survives.

Other survivors include a daughter, Martha Hilpert of Afton; a brother, Lawrence Williamson of Sarcoxie; two grandsons; and one great-grandson.

He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.

Friends may call after 11 a.m. Monday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.

Graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Pleasant Grove Cemetery at Advance with the Rev. Carl Addison, pastor of Tanner Street Church of God, officiating.
