Jack T. Menz, 66, of Wagon Mound, N.M., died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2005, at his home, following a sudden illness. He was born April 5, 1939, at Randles, Mo., son of Martin and Mildred McCormick Menz. Survivors include his wife, Betty; three daughters, Marcia Menz of Albuquerque, N.M., Marla Fleming of Santa Ana, Calif., Myra Duran of Kansas City, Mo.; a son, Mark Menz of Las Vegas, Nev.; five sisters, Joyce Howell, Janet King and Kathy Crader of Delta, Lois Chapman and Judy Cobb of Chaffee, Mo.; two brothers, Jerry Menz of Raymondville, Mo., Marty Menz of Delta; and five grandchildren.. ...

He was preceded in death by his parents and two infant sisters.

Friends may call at Peacock Funeral Home in Lamar, Colo., from 1 to 5 p.m. today, and Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of service.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with Ian Blacker officiating. Burial will be in Hasty Cemetery in Hasty, Colo.
