O'FALLON, Mo. -- Jack Landgraf of O'Fallon passed away at the age of 26 on Sunday, April 26, 2020.
Jack had a creative soul, and over the years he built upon his talent to become an amazing artist and guitarist. He worked as a welder for many local businesses and in his free time enjoyed listening to music, especially his favorite genres, bluegrass, blues and rock 'nr oll. Jack enjoyed some of his favorite days being spent trout fishing among the peaceful beauty of Montauk State Park with his dad. His family and friends will remember Jack for his caring heart. Jack will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Cheryln Landgraf; grandmother, Betty (the late Oscar) Hoffmeister; aunt and godmother, Linda (Kerry) Hoffman; uncle and godfather, Mark Landgraf; and uncles, Luke (Cheri) Landgraf, John (Patti) Landgraf, Jack (Carol) Hoffmeister and Larry (Kay) Hoffmeiser; many cousins; and his best friend, Alex Karkhoff.
Jack was preceded in death by his grandparents, Vernon and Tori Landgraf.
Memorial contributions in Jack's name may be made to Sana Lake Recovery Center of Dittmer, Missouri.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Cape Girardeau.
