JACKSON -- Jesse Howard Hahn, 80, of Sedgewickville, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 1994, at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.
He was born March 9, 1913, at Scopus, son of Lee and Effie Shoemake Hahn. He first married Mary Louise James Aug. 31, 1934. She died March 9, 1969. He later married Delores Bakula April 16, 1971.
Hahn was a draftsman with McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis. He was a member of Sedgewickville United Methodist Church, Westview Masonic Lodge 103 at Millersville, Scottish Rite in St. Louis, and Oak Ridge Order of Eastern Star 310. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.
Survivors include a daughter, Sue Sharrock of Sedgewickville; six stepsons, Louis, Jimmy and John Bakula of St. Louis, Walter Bakula of Jacksonville, Fla., Tony and Joey Bakula of Sedgewickville; two sisters, Lottie Hanners of Jackson, Lena Brotherton of Fredericktown; two grandchildren; eight stepgrandchildren, and six great-stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 4-8 today. A Masonic service will be held at 7:30.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The Rev. Billy G. Hahs will officiate, with burial in Cook Cemetery at Scopus.
