Izabella Moore

ALTENBURG, Mo. -- Our sweet angel, Izabella Lee "Izzy" Moore, 7 months, of Altenburg got her wings Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville, Mo.

She was born June 18, 2012, in Cape Girardeau to Jeremy Lynn and Adrian Dawn Strahan Moore.

Survivors include her most devoted and loving parents, Adrian Dawn and Jeremy Lynn Moore of Altenburg; best big sister, Mallory M. Moore of Altenburg; maternal grandparents, Sandra and Stephen Pirtle of Scott City; paternal grandparents, Martha L. Moore of Indianapolis and Michael A. Moore of Fort Worth, Texas; maternal great-grandmother, Dorthy Faye Smiley of Rockview, Mo.; two aunts, Daniele M. Strahan and Brittany M. Moore of Cape Girardeau; and two uncles, Jason T. Moore of San Francisco and Doug Kuehnert of Cape Girardeau.

She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Dennis Strahan; great-grandfather, Robert Smiley; grandmother, Reba Thompson; and great-grandparents, Linda Harding and Edwin L. Thompson.

She touched many hearts and will be loved and missed by all, but never forgotten.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to service time Wednesday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

The funeral will be at noon Wednesday at the funeral home, with Jim Smiley officiating. Burial will be in Belk Hill Cemetery at Rockview.

A memorial fund has been set up at all Bank of Missouri locations in Izabella's name.
