Ivan L. Farrow, 69, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, June 9, 2002, at his home.
He was born Nov. 22, 1932, in Cape Girardeau, son of Lawrence and Esther Lange Farrow. He and the former Jane Farrow were married May 12, 1989, in Cape Girardeau County.
Mr. Farrow was a construction contractor, and member of Egypt Mills Antique Tractor Club. He was of the Lutheran belief.
He served in the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Patrick Farrow of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Christine Farrow of Arnold, Mo., Mary Edmonds of Jackson, Mo.; a stepdaughter, Michelle Pruitt of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren, Matthew Farrow, Tara Farrow, Stevie Edmonds, Ashley Pruitt and Jordan Pruitt.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Daniel Farrow in 1996; a brother, and a half brother.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. John Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in McLain Cemetery near Oriole, Mo., with full military rites.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or McLain Cemetery Fund.
