CHARLESTON -- Isobel S. Coon, 85, of Charleston, died Friday, June 3, 1994, at Charleston Manor.
She was born Oct. 19, 1908, in Charleston, daughter of James Cade and Genevieve Rolwing Stewart. She and Edward Joseph Coon were married Jan. 17, 1929. He died June 30, 1986.
Coon was a lifelong resident of Charleston, and member of St. Henry's Catholic Church.
Survivors include a son, Robert Coon of Charleston; two daughters, Freda Vied of Charleston, Mary Sanchez of Casper, Wyo.; 13 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, two grandsons and two sisters.
Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home after 5 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Henry's Church, with the Revs. David Coon and James Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
