Irvin W. Rasche, 69, 1625 Whitener, died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. He was born July 21, 1924, at Gordonville, son of Alfred H. and Emma Deneke Rasche. He and Madelyn Krahn were married Aug. 10, 1952, in Cape Girardeau. Rasche was sales manager and a vice president of Ceramo in Jackson for 43 years, retiring in 1989. ...

Irvin W. Rasche, 69, 1625 Whitener, died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

He was born July 21, 1924, at Gordonville, son of Alfred H. and Emma Deneke Rasche. He and Madelyn Krahn were married Aug. 10, 1952, in Cape Girardeau.

Rasche was sales manager and a vice president of Ceramo in Jackson for 43 years, retiring in 1989. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, was active on various boards, taught Sunday School a number of years, and had been involved with the Cape Girardeau Camp of Gideons International.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Elizabeth Stevens of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Burton Rasche of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Helen Sheets of Sturgeon Bay, Wis., Gladys Rasche of Cape Girardeau, and a grandson.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Trinity Church. The Revs. David Dissen and Steven MacDougall will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 5:30-7:30 p.m. today.
