SIKESTON -- Inez Wagoner, 92, of Sikeston, formerly of Blodgett, died Friday, August 1, 1997.
She was born on Feb. 15, 1905, in Yount to Henry and Sarah Elizabeth Edmond Lee. She and John Raymond Wagoner were married July 9, 1921 in Benton. He preceded her in death.
Wagoner was a housewife and homemaker and member of the Blodgett Baptist Church were she previously taught Sunday School. She was also a leader for her church choir.
Survivors include two daughters, Lila Jackson of Sikeston and Doris Phillips of Blodgett; two brothers, Paul Lee of Maryland Heights and Tony Lee of Martinsburg; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 5 - 8 p.m. today at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, with the Rev. J.D. McClard of Sikeston officiating. Burial will follow in the Blodgett Cemetery.
