PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Ina Jean Clampitt of Perryville died Sept. 10, 2010, at Perry County Memorial Hospital. She was 61.
She was born Jan. 6, 1949, at Perry County, daughter of the late John Wilburn and Zella Cordile Kennon Clampitt.
Survivors include three sisters, Viola (Cecil) Darnell of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Doris Ruessler and Melba (Charles) Funke, all of Perryville, Mo.; four nephews; and six nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Willburn Ray Clampitt; one sister, Anna Mae Porter; two brothers-in-law, Charles Porter and Paul Ruessler.
Ina Jean Clampitt was a forklift operator for Bilt Best. She was a member of Cedar Fork Methodist Church and a church leader.
Visitation for Ina Jean Clampitt will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 6:30 to 8:15 a.m. Tuesday at Young and Sons Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Cedar Fork Methodist Church, with Rev. Reginald Darnell officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Memorials are preferred to Cedar Fork Cemetery or Diabetes Association.
