IMOGENE E. DODSON

BLODGETT -- Imogene E. Dodson, 75, of Blodgett, died Monday, Feb. 8, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 26, 1917, at Commerce, daughter of William Daniel and Mary Emma Robertson Edmonds. She and Ward "Neb" Dodson were married June 2, 1965. He died Nov. 14, 1978.

Dodson was a member of First Baptist Church here.

Survivors include a son, Dan Wise of Jackson; a daughter, Virginia Morse of Blodgett; two sisters, Isabell Knight of Commerce, Ollie Turner of Orange, Texas; six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston. The Rev. Lee Fansler will officiate, with burial in Oakdale Cemetery at Commerce.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
