Iletha Delores Cockrell, 79, of Osceola, Ark., entered into rest Tuesday, July 12, 2011.
She was born May 1, 1932, in High Tower, Ark., to Everett and Dorothy Petty.
Cockrell attended Eastside Baptist Church and was a teacher's aide.
She is survived by three daughters, Angie Blaylock of Osceola, Tonya Pender of Cape Girardeau, Robyn Davison of Alexandria, La.; a sister, Judy Adamson of Rogersville, Ala.; four grandchildren, Kristy Cain, Leighann Ludolph, Courtney Griffin, Nonnie Blaylock; six great-grandchildren, Harley Grimes, Justin Day, Lane Golemon, Riley Cain, Will Griffin and Gracie Griffin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Wanda Petty, Vivian Cockrell and Mavoureen Criner; and an uncle, Bud Holly.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday at Roller-Smith Funeral Home in Osceola.
A graveside service will follow at 3 p.m. Friday in Mississippi County Memorial Gardens.
