Idell Albrecht

SCOTT CITY, Mo. -- Funeral for Sara Idell Albrecht of Scott City will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Eisleben Lutheran Church. The Rev. Robert Azinger will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

Albrecht, 83, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2002, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Feb. 28, 1918, in Earth County, Texas, daughter of John Lester and Pearl Pryor Crouch. She and Gordon Louis Albrecht were married June 22, 1946, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Albrecht was a member of Eisleben Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Ronald Albrecht of Dodge City, Kan., Walter Albrecht of St. Louis; a daughter, Carolyn Stock of Salem, Ore.; a brother, J.L. Crouch of Dublin, Texas; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters.
