IDEL KIRKPATRICK

MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Idell Kirkpatrick, 87, of Marble Hill died Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2000, at Eldercare of Marble Hill.

She was born Nov. 6, 1912, at Marble Hill, daughter of Malachi and Carrie Alma Allen Baker. She and Murrell Kirkpatrick were married July 18, 1934. He died Nov. 13, 1996.

Kirkpatrick was a teacher in Bollinger County public schools many years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Marble Hill.

Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Cornman of Glen Allen, Mo.; a sister, Thelma Kirkpatrick of Marble Hill; two grandsons; and two great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Michael Woods will officiate. Burial will be in Baker Cemetery.
