Ida Uthoff

CHARLESTON, Mo. -- Ida M. Daniels Uthoff, 89, of Charleston, died Sept. 25, 2004, at the home of a daughter in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

She was born Feb. 16, 1915, in Advance, Mo., daughter of William and Flora Smith Daniels.

She married Edward Homer Uthoff on June 2, 1951. He died on Feb. 25, 1990.

She had lived in Mississippi County most of her life and was a member of First Baptist Church in Charleston.

Survivors include two daughters, Betty Shaw of Fort Lauderdale and Debbie Uthoff of Cape Girardeau; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Keith Huffman officiating.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
