WYATT, Mo. -- Ida M. Perry, 95, of Wyatt died Friday, Sept. 21, 2001, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Mo.
She was born Aug. 4, 1906, in Banard, Miss., daughter of Dan and Alma McDory Cross.
Perry was a member of Sanders Chapel AME Church, where she served as trustee, usher and a member of the Mother Board.
Survivors include a son, Murry Ashberry of Charleston, Mo.; four daughters, Dorothy Pattin of Decatur, Ill., Alma Clinton of Benton Harbor, Mich., Hazel Amos and Ruby Dowell of Wyatt; 45 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and great-great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Missionary Baptist Church in Mound City, Ill. The Rev. Wiley Reed will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery at Charleston.
Friends may call Saturday at the church from noon until time of service.
Sparks Funeral Home in Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
