IDA L. ROTH

CAIRO, Ill. -- Ida L. Roth, 76, of Cairo, died Saturday, Aug. 28, 1993, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born March 12, 1917, at Cairo, Ill., daughter of Emile and Fannie Schlamer Axelson.

She married George D. Roth. He died in 1966.

Roth was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cairo, Ill.

Survivors include two daughters, Julia Brown of Mounds, Ill., Pam Smith of Springfield, Ill.; two sisters, Winifred Bone of Cape Girardeau, Fannie Wissinger of Cairo, Ill.; two brothers, Albert Axelson and Carl Axelson, both of Cairo, Ill.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Monday at the Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo, Ill.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cairo, Ill., with the Rev. Daniel Knock officiating.

Burial will follow in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge, Ill.
