BENTON, Mo. -- Ida M. Crellin, 83, of Oceanside, Calif., died Saturday, May 26, 2001, at her home. She was born March 23, 1918, at Benton, daughter of William Joseph and Ida M. Wise Hunter. She and Myron E. Crellin were married Aug. 25, 1946, in Cape Girardeau...

BENTON, Mo. -- Ida M. Crellin, 83, of Oceanside, Calif., died Saturday, May 26, 2001, at her home.

She was born March 23, 1918, at Benton, daughter of William Joseph and Ida M. Wise Hunter. She and Myron E. Crellin were married Aug. 25, 1946, in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, Will Crellin of Austin, Texas, Pat Crellin of Huntingdon Beach, Calif., Jim Crellin of California; two sisters, Mabel Hunter of Sikeston, Mo., Mary Frances Kinder of Cape Girardeau; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

A memorial service was held Friday at Featheringill Mortuary in San Diego, Calif. Burial was in Rosecrans National Cemetery in Point Loma, Calif.
