SIKESTON - Ida Belle Hinton, 84, of Sikeston, died Friday May 1, 1992 at the Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born May 26, 1907 at Kennett, the daughter of James A. and Ada Jones Anderson.
She was first married to Kenneth Redden and later to Dallas Powers, who both preceded her in death. She was then married to John E. Hinton on Aug. 27, 1972 and he died on Dec. 25, 1978.
She was a member of the 1st Assembly of God Church in Sikeston and was a retired LPN at the Missouri Delta Community Hospital.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth Redden, Jr. of Indianapolis; a daughter, Doris Blackburn of Sikeston; two step-daughters, Wanda McDaniel and Velma Ruth James both of Sikeston; a sister, Gladys Hutson of Tampa, Fla.; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren also survive.
A daughter and one brother preceded her in death.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the 1st Assembly of God Church in Sikeston with Rev. Milton Pool and Rev. Carl Addison officiating.
Burial will follow at the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
