CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Icess Lorraine Milligan, 70, of Chaffee died Monday, Nov. 5, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born March 29, 1931, in Dexter, Mo., daughter of James Marion and Ella Loveda Lane Markland. She and Everett "Bud" Milligan were married Aug. 1, 1960...

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Icess Lorraine Milligan, 70, of Chaffee died Monday, Nov. 5, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born March 29, 1931, in Dexter, Mo., daughter of James Marion and Ella Loveda Lane Markland. She and Everett "Bud" Milligan were married Aug. 1, 1960.

Milligan was a member of the Church of Christ in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include three sons, David Hardesty of Cape Girardeau, Stephen Hardesty of Barnhart, Mo., Phillip Milligan of Eureka, Mo.; two brothers, Charles Markland of Scott City, Mo., Allen "Sonny" Markland of Rock Falls, Ill.; a sister, Barbara Smith of Sikeston, Mo.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, two sisters, and a brother.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 5 p.m. today.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Forest Hills Memorial Garden near Morley, Mo. David Bragg will officiate.
