PERRYVILLE -- Hubert F. French, 92, of Perryville, died Wednesday, May 3, 1995, at Perry County Nursing Home.

He was born Jan. 10, 1903, in Perry County, son of Joseph Emmanuel and Mary Buff Ponnier French. He and Inez Whistler were married Sept. 6, 1924.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Gerald French of St. Louis, Donald French of Memphis, Tenn.; 12 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today, and 6:30 a.m.-10:50 a.m. Friday. A wake will be held at 7 tonight. The rosary will be at 10 a.m. Friday.

Funeral mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Vincent's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Charles Rice officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
