Howard Louis Lacey, 60, of Scott City died Thursday, June 12, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Aug. 23, 1942, at Elvins, Mo., son of Stanley Louis and Edith Howell Lacey. He and Leslie Ella Holmes were married June 15, 1962, at Doe Run, Mo.
Lacey currently worked for city of Scott City, and was a former maintenance technician with Lewis Brothers Bakery.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Kevin and Greg Lacey of Scott City; a daughter, Teri Hill of Benton, Mo.; two brothers, Clyde Lacey of Puxico, Mo., Bob Lacey of Bismarck, Mo.; two sisters, Margaret Harter of Farmington, Mo., Shirley Smith of Perryville, Mo.; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son.
There is no visitation.
A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Williams Cemetery in Perkins, Mo. The Rev. Barry Pfanstiel will officiate.
Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel at Scott City is in charge of arrangements.
