HETTIE ALEEN MOORE

CHARLESTON -- Hettie Aleene Moore, 82, of Charleston died Friday, Nov. 13, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born Feb. 10, 1916, in Deventer, daughter of Cyrus and Sady Moran Traylor.

She lived in Charleston most of her life. She was a member of the Elm Street Baptist Church.

On April 19, 1935, she married William Howard Moore. He died April 10, 1972.

Survivors include two sons, Eddie Moore of Sikeston and Stephen Moore of Bertrand; a sister, Willie Moore of Charleston; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

The Rev. Denver Carpenter will officiate, with burial in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
