HENRY J. LIEB

MOUNDS, Ill. -- Henry J. Lieb, 92, of Mounds, died Friday, Sept. 25, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Lieb was born Sept. 4, 1900 in Miller City, Ill., son of Emil and Minnie Watts Lieb.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Lieb; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Goodlin and Mrs. Lucille Kloster, both of Mounds; two sons, Robert Lieb of Mounds and Henry Lieb Jr., of Rockford, Ill.; nine grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

Lieb was a retired cattle farmer. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mounds.

Service will be held at the Barkett Funeral Home in Mounds today at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Jerry Herring and the Rev. Gene Williams officiating. Burial will be in Spencer Heights Cemetery at Mounds.
