MARBLE HILL - Henry J. Eidenback, 69, of Marble Hill, died Friday, Oct. 1, at the family home.
He was born June 11, 1924, in Bay Shore, New York, to Henry J. and Catherine Ritter Eidenback.
He first married Helen Newton. She preceded him in death in 1970. On Sept. 15, 1979, he married Minnue Hunter Wright. She survives, along with one son, Daniel E. Eidenback of Indianapolis, Ind.; one step-son, Robert Wright of Valparaiso, Ind.; one step-daughter, Mary Jane Peters of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; one brother, William Lycke, Sr., of Islip, New York; one sister, Catherine Martin of Bay Shore New York. Three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and one step-great-grandchild also survive.
He was preceded in death by one step-son, one brother, and one sister.
Eidenback was a retired job setter with the Chrysler Corporation in Kokomo, Ind. He worked for the Kokomo Civil Defense for over 30 years. Eidenback moved to the Marble Hill area in 1988.
He was a member of the Sikeston Eagles Club, and the Logansport, Ind. Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Friends may call from 2-4 p.m., today, at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. The body will be taken to the Ellers Mortuary in Kokomo, Ind., where funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 5, at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Kokomo.
