MOUNDS, Ill. -- Helen M. Cameron, 84, of Mounds, Ill., died Tuesday, April 21, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. She was born Oct. 5, 1907, in Mounds, daughter of William and Stella Biggerstaff Boren. She married William Arvel Cameron Oct. 20, 1928. He died in 1984...

MOUNDS, Ill. -- Helen M. Cameron, 84, of Mounds, Ill., died Tuesday, April 21, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

She was born Oct. 5, 1907, in Mounds, daughter of William and Stella Biggerstaff Boren. She married William Arvel Cameron Oct. 20, 1928. He died in 1984.

Cameron was a member many years of First Baptist Church in Mounds.

Survivors include a son, William A. Cameron Jr. of Mounds; a sister, Hattie Johnson of Olive Branch, and a grandson.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Barkett Funeral Chapel in Mounds. The Rev. Larry L. Potts will officiate, with burial in Masonic Cemetery at Grand Chain.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
