PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Helen Marie Feltz, 99, of Perryville died Friday, Sept. 15, 2017, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
She was born Nov. 4, 1917, in Perryville, daughter of Henry and Rosa McAtee Nesslein. She married Edgar J. Feltz on Oct. 14, 1940. He preceded her in death Nov. 20, 2001.
Helen was retired from Roziers Clothing Store. She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church and Ladies Sodality in Sereno, Missouri. She loved to quilt and work with flowers and gardening.
Survivors include three sons, Donald (Shirley) Feltz of Fredericktown, Missouri, and twins Keith (Angela) Feltz of Maryville, Tennessee, and Kevin (Jean) Feltz of Columbia, Missouri; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son, Michael; three brothers, Cletus, Lloyd and Glennon Nesslei; and two sisters, Ina Nesslein and Gladys Heidepriem.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 6:30 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, with a rosary at 8:30 a.m., at Young and Sons Funeral Home.
She then will be taken to Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Sereno for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Rich Wehrmeyer officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Memorials are preferred to Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.
