ANNA, Ill. -- Helen E. Sneddon, 81, of Anna, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 1995, at her home. She was born Feb. 15, 1913, in Anna, daughter of Donald and Dollie Lindsey Barker. She and John M. Sneddon were married July 16, 1936, in Jonesboro. Sneddon was a member of First Christian Church...

ANNA, Ill. -- Helen E. Sneddon, 81, of Anna, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 1995, at her home.

She was born Feb. 15, 1913, in Anna, daughter of Donald and Dollie Lindsey Barker. She and John M. Sneddon were married July 16, 1936, in Jonesboro.

Sneddon was a member of First Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Bob Barker of Bartlett, Donald Sneddon of Anna; a daughter, Joyce Brown of Dongola; a brother, Carl Barker of Jensen Beach, Fla., and a sister, Mildred Young of Dosier City, La.

She was preceded in death by a son, three brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
