ANNA, Ill. -- Helen Brimm, 85, of Springfield, formerly of Anna, died Wednesday, June 5, 1996, at Heritage Manor in Springfield.

She was born July 13, 1910, in Cypress, daughter of Joe and Minnie Penrod Brown.

Brimm was retired from Anna State Hospital. She was a member of Anna United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Gene Brimm of Springfield, Kenneth Brimm of Anna; a daughter, Betty Proctor of Morton; eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Anna after 1 p.m. Friday.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Richard Sullins officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
