HELEN A. WALLACE

COBDEN, Ill. -- Helen a. Wallace, 79, of Cobden, died Tuesday, April 25, 1995, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born Feb. 10, 1916, at Cobden, daughter of William and Annie Flamm Ihle. She married William Robert Wallace, who died in 1989.

Wallace was a lifelong resident of Cobden, and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary Duty of Dongola; three sons, Bill Wallace of Waco, Texas, Dick Wallace of Blythe, Ga., Mike Wallace of Cobden; two sisters, Rosina Ihle of Chester, Sister Philomene Ihle of Red Bud; nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden after 6 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Church, with the Rev. Federico Higuera officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
