Hazel Schepker

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Hazel Louise Schepker, 86, of Chaffee died Saturday, March 26, 2005, at Chaffee Nursing Center.

She was born April 3, 1918, in Chaffee, daughter of Elvie Lee and Pearl Aslee Bunyard Roney. She and Arthur John Schepker were married July 30, 1938. He died Feb. 6, 1982.

Schepker was a retired office worker with Crown Footwear in New Athens, Ill. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Chaffee, Mo., and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Chaffee VFW Post 3127.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and four sisters.

Friends may call at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Cliff Day officiating.

Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery at Chaffee.
