OAK RIDGE, Mo. -- Hazel A. Reid, 57, of Oak Ridge died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2000, at her home.
She was born Dec. 5, 1942, at Jackson, Mo., daughter of Lawrence and Vida Smith Williams. She and Larry L. Reid were married March 17, 1967, at Jackson. He survives.
She was an assembly worker at Florsheim Shoe factory in Cape Girardeau for 31 years. She also worked as a cook at Delmonico's restaurant for three years.
She was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church.
Other survivors include two sons, Bruce Reid of Chaffee, Mo., and Larry B. Reid of Cape Girardeau; three daughters, Kim Rhoda of Chaffee, Karen Northern of Cape Girardeau and Kristie Reid of Oak Ridge; a brother, Glenn Williams of Jackson; four sisters, Mae Smith and Kay Hoffmeister, both of Jackson, Betty Cox of Cape Girardeau and Evelyn Langhoffer of Geneso, Kan.; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Chapel in Jackson.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Joseph Payne officiating. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery in Oak Ridge.
