Hazel Pearl Moore, 95, of Oak Ridge died Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at St. Joseph Hospital-West in Lake St. Louis, Mo.
She was born May 13, 1917, in Cantwell, Mo., to George Washington and Mary Josephine GoFourth Self. She and Wilson D. Moore were married Oct. 19, 1935. He died Nov. 8, 1998.
Hazel worked in housekeeping for Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
She is survived by one son, Curtiss (Elise) Moore of Hawk Point, Mo.; two sisters, Dorothy (Lee) Couch of Kirkwood, Mo., and Viola Robinson of Hermitage, Mo.; two daughters-in-law, Marilyn Moore of Dittmer, Mo., and Faye Moore of Tennessee; 22 grandchildren, and numerous great- and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; two sons, Kelly and David Moore; one daughter, Velva Couch; and five brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
