HAZEL L. GOINS

DONGOLA, Ill. -- Hazel Lea Goins, 87, of Dongola died Sunday, Jan. 28, 1996, at the Union County Hospital in Anna, Ill.

She was born Feb. 12, 1908, at Sikeston to Lewis and Carrie Carter Windings. On Nov. 7, 1923, she married Theodore Dobb Goins, who died March 3, 1992.

Survivors are six daughters, Wanda Carson, Cynthia White, Betty Schultz, Joyce Cameron and Lucille Temke, all of Dongola, and Wilma Roach of Anna; four sons, Ted Goins of Jonesboro, Ill., the Rev. Robert Goins and Glen Goins, both of Anna, and Eddie J. Goins of Dongola; 43 grandchildren; 92 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is today from 5 to 9 p.m. at Crain Funeral Home in Anna. Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Dongola United Pentecostal Church, the with Revs. J.E. "Chuck" Gray and Russell Strange officiating. Burial will follow in Anna Cemetery.
